I actually use the products I sell…  and I know all too well how it is to be the guy on the other end of the phone with no clue how I’m going to get my Bus down to a respectable level, asking all kinds of silly questions.  I know what it’s like to be the customer.  That’s why I pride myself on quality customer service!  If I tell you your spindles will ship by a certain date, they will ship by that date.
